I wanted to make my own version of this post. These woman are loved and adored by millions (Adriana Lima, Ashley Tisdale, Candice, Kim K, Alessandra Ambrosio, Demi Lovato). They are also considered beautiful and “perfect” and yes they eat! I think it’s really important especially for young girl to realize that their favorite celebs can be a)naturally skinny b) working hard and eating clean to get there. You don’t need to starve to look the way you want to. Stay healthy!
